Start your own cleaning business the easy way.
Want to own a cleaning business? Don’t buy a business, and definitely don’t buy a franchise. Follow a proven pathway to start your own independent cleaning business without huge upfront expenses and without making all the mistakes I made when I went from 0 to 7 figures in under 12 months in my cleaning business.
Franchise are potentially the riskiest and most expensive way to start, with zero control over your business…
Buying a business may seem like you have more control than a franchise, but can come with many unknowns…

Buying a business often means:
I have a wealth of experience in running cleaning businesses, and I’m here to help you fast-track your success by sharing my experiences, helping you understand what works and what doesn’t, without all the trial and error I went through.
In 2011 I started a commercial cleaning business, and within 6 months it was turning over 500k, and within 12 months we got to 1m in turnover.
We came out of the gates quickly, because I had figured out how to get clients (good ones).
But what I encountered next was an intense period of learning. We didn’t have the systems for our growth, and our profits started going backward.
After reaching 1 m so quickly, it took me 3 years (intense years) to reach 2m in turnover.
In those years, we spent countless hours figuring out how to stand out from the competition and improve systems within the business, which led to exceptional customer satisfaction.
My biggest learning in that period was how to motivate and retain contractors, and how this leads to the most important thing - customer retention.Without this, we were a leaky bucket. One new client in, 2 out.
But when we developed our retention plan operations manual and continuously improved it over the years, our profits suddenly improved drastically.
I eventually sold a large part of the business in 2022, using the funds to invest in property.
I spent a small fortune making some pretty expensive mistakes, but at the time, I didn’t have an advisor to lean on—someone who had been there and done that. I was doing everything on my own.
And unfortunately, this is the slowest and the most frustrating path in business.
I eventually had a happy ending with my exit, but hopefully, you’re smarter than I was, and you’re willing to enlist some help and get advice from someone who has seen it all in the cleaning industry.
Someone who can help you avoid the costly mistakes I made, help you set the right foundations that will lead to profitable growth, and fast-track your pathway to where you want to get to.
The beauty of the cleaning industry is that could be whatever you want it to be.
Maybe you want to get to 5-10m like I did, or maybe you just want to replace your wage while being your own boss.
That’s up to you, but if you need any support - I’d love to help.
